Started putting all the turbo gear from the EA on to the ED a few days ago. So far I have the intercooler mounted and pipe work down.
This time I am keeping the aircon in working order so the intercooler was needed to be mounted a little more forward than on the EA, so that the job a bit harder as I had to mount it lower to clear the headlights... and the pipe work needed to be slightly longer. Also I'm leaving the ABS on so that meant I had to change the pipes to go around the ABS unit that sits in the front L guard... no dramas though, just made the pipes longer and cut the hole closer to the edge of the guard.

Turbo I got for 1600, wastegate 700, injectors 500 (s/h) pump 170, intercooler 300, cooler piping and silicon, 500ish, exhaust parts 400, oil lines 260, flanges, gaskets, clamps, nuts bolts, broken power tools and all the extra bits that add up, 500ish. The Wolf I bought a few years ago.
So whatever that adds up to

Today I finished off the intercooler pipes, mounted turbo dump pipe and fitted the oil lines. Now all I have to do is fit the rest of the exhaust, fuel pump, injectors and wire up the Wolf. Should be able to hit the dyno some time during the week.

Are you going to move the battery and set up some sort of custom air box where the battery currently sits?

On the last car I put the battery in the boot and ran the pod into the corner, but yeah, I plan to make a large airbox but Im thinking of mounting it in the front spoiler as there is heaps of room there and I wont need to move the battery. Just getting it up and running for now.
