Top work there Seton. The setup looks great and sounds like all is going to plan. Lol... bit of pressure through the PCV system eh? I've just got my blocked off at the TB-in side, vents into the intake just before the blower.... have you already got a seperator? Apparantly can use ones from air compressors etc.... much cheaper than bits from a performance shop...
Front of the car looks wild. Wife left you yet?

ReGiE wrote: fick thats sexy A bloke named brod makes the bar. His number is (02) 42842600 he is in Corrimal near Wollongong. The bars are $250 each and they cost me another $250 each to be painted. So if its only the front your after $500 all up is pretty good value for the best looking bar for an early E series imo.

Hey boys, im new to this forum and have just read this thread which is pretty good. I am currently goin through a turbo setup in my EBII XR6. I have the turbo, hybrid front mount fitted and just making the manifold now.
Just a few questions for seton005: Is your falcon man or auto? What boost are you planning to run as i have read not to go over 10psi with standard internals which i have? How is the oil pressure with the turbo feeding from the engine source? What mods have you done to your car? Your car is looking good and i hope it all works out right in the end as for mine. Any info or questions would be great. Thanx guys. |

$3500 turbo kit + Intercooler and piping ($700+)? + Aftermarket ECU/chip ($800+) + tuning ($???) + labour if not installing yourself ($???) You may also need injectors or fuel setup to support the new system.

My manifold is finished and the turbo is on. Just working on the down pipe now and plumbing the oil supply and return for the turbo. I will be posting a few pics of the setup shortly open for opinions as i think the turbo may be too big.
