:cry:well guys we have had a setback with our 300+ stage 4 setup whilst tuning our car we reached around 350rwkw @ 11psi !!!!!!!!! and the turbocharger started to show sighns of letting go so the engine was shut down for inspection,, we found our turbo compressor wheel was begining to touch the front cover so we removed the turbo and sent it into the workshop to find what went wrong!!!! dennis at turbo city new already what had gone wrong as soon as the turbo was put in front of him,, due to poor installtion silicone was used instead of gasket on the oil inlet bell ( never, never, never) the turbo was pulled down and as expected turbo failure was caused due to oil supply issues from small pieces of silicone making there way into oil gallerys of the turbo bearings, which led to the desturction of the bushs ect.....we here at snort performance will be back in melbourne with a new turbocharger on friday , i will personally install the turbo and we will dial up the boost we expect 400+rwkw, we know we have a few people here who will try to use this news againts us and try to dammage our reputation,, but be prepared to eat your words!!!!!! :) :) :)

Get real Bond007. If your claiming 350rwkw @ 11psi then you either have a wrong reading dyno, are pulling it a bit much or have been taking marketing lessons from JMM. You are also insulting your own intelligence by making such a claim.

350RWKW on 11psi sounds OK, wasnt aaron (pyroay) running 309RWKW on like 12psi? with a setup he himself was a bit restrictive?

Dont worry dude if this thread gets locked cause of a smoker like maddog Ill start another. It may be delayed though as Ive thrown my back out and the last time I did it I was out of action for 2 weeks :x :( . Woke up like it Sat morning which s**t me off no end  . Nice weather all weekend (I dont have a garage so I can only work on the car when weather's kind ). Im currently doing all the piss f@rt stuff like relocating the battery to the boot and mounting the intercooler. I also got my body kit back after being painted and needs some minor modifications to accomodate the intercooler. Ill post more pics as I go.

The kit Street Machine magazine used on their 2 door EA a few years back. Ive actually got a thread running in the exterior mods forum. The beauty of it is that there was very little modifications needed to the front bar to accomodate the intercooler. It is painted but I havnt fitted it up properly so I dont have any pictures of it finished yet.
