Good question. I also want to know the answer!

Even at 200rwkw the back pressure will be prity high on that 2.5" exhaust, in saying that 200rwkw should still be easily achievable.

I think the other will agree with me but you really need to look at the exhaust first (stepping it up to a free flowing 3") and next the the 38mm wastegate is a tad small I feel.
I would be looking at 45mm to 50mm and honestly buy a good quality one first up. As to the power it all depends on the turn on how it will preform. Turboing a 4.0ltr is a good set just need to be set up correctly. Both the other guys who have replied are both well schooled in this do be afraid to ask them questions. Cheers.

Might look at a 3" exhaust, but considering that I'm going for a stealth install, might try just a 2.75" with a decent muffler, will see how the 38mm gate goes, if it feels like it needs to be bigger, I'll upgrade

if your getting an exhaust done just do it once, rather than having to do it again later...

whatever it makes it wont be for long
You need to control the spark with forced induction, and the MS2 will do it with suitable coil ignitors. Its only 3 more wires to connect |

how are you going to control detonation under boost???
uncontroled spark is a recipe for disaster. not sure about the megasquirt but some ecu;s require external coil igniters to run coil packs.. |

Megasquirts can run EDIS.

Ef is not edis, its coilpack. Two are different systems.
The ms2 will run ef coil pack and idle control fine, I've done it many times. If your not sure on setting the ecu hardware up for this, if you want to send it over to me I can do it for you. Without spark control you will go through motors very quickly! |

I got the ms2 able to control it, but I just don't know what wires to connect to where lol
