Ok so bang for buck reliability and power which would be a better way of getting a happy 300rwkws
My options
Turbo my EF tickford motor as well as forged pistons and a cam
Or do the same to a au tickford motor
Or the hard way swap in a bf or fg xr6t motor
Thoughts guys

Do some search on here to help find some of your answers. Nearly every newbie nearly asks the same question.

If your ef motors in good condition it will handle 300rwkw with good tune and supporting mods.
