just pricing up some turbos for my el. 4.0l six. whats the best option for all round performance at a reasonable price? cheers

depends who you talk to.

an FG Turbo would be pretty ideal too, slightly smaller but would work well.

Yeah seen them floating about, seem to have a good name for themselves and a bit cheaper. mine also will be a slow build, but will be fun when done

where you going for manifold? i priced a 6 boost from a nz supplier, f**k $2000 so they can get stuffed lol.

$2000 lol f**k that, id rather buy a welder and some pipe and attack it myself! Know a guy who is a pretty onto it welder, so i will ask him and see what he says, thats 1st option, dont know after that, theres a guy on nzfordforum that has made his own, looks all good he said he may make more at some stage, but that was about 6months ago so dont know. wouldnt be to hard to do with some steam pipe, bends and a decent welder. i reckon i could nail it on the 10th attempt lol
