Now since then i have visted harris engine services in revesby as they have been highly recommended to me. Anyway this was his list of things they think i will need to do.

Acid wash
Crack test
Bore and honed
Increase capacity from 3L to 3.3-3.5L
Forged pistons
Shot peen the rods get the crank coated in some thing forgot the name
Port polish the head, valve springs
Custom intake manifold for efi
New oil and water pump
Reground cam

The fuel will be pumped to a surge tank in the engine bay from an upgraded pump which then will be pumped by a bosch 040 fuel pump to the injectors where it will then pumped back to the surge tank.

Now the injectors he recommended I get a set off a magna as they are set to only
12 % duty cycle on the magna so they have more flow?

Now the turbos are hks gtss as they are able to flow 1bar off a 1.3l at 3000rpm so I should get boost early.

My other issues is computer I spoke to hitman in penrth and they say I can use either the Haltech E6 ($2500 installed and dyno)
Haltech E11v2 (3500 install and dyno)
But recommended the e11v2 if its more of a streeter.

I still need to find out what throttle body to get but I need one with an idle stabiliser or something like that. And what ignition I can hook up.

yeh they are, but this way i dont butcher it like a v8 as it can all be put back to standard

i take it be harris engines you mean Ron Harris from HPE.

if so you couldn't have picked a better man. believe what he tells and do what he says. this is the man who has built a number of low 12sec N/A 2L escorts. (no nitruos) his own car ran a best of 12.2

don't worry, i have the wrong harris.

HPE is harris performance engines. and we'll you can't really visit them were you are. they are in england, mind you i would suggest looking ron up and getting in contact with him.

i have a set of magna spec injectors for sale if you are interested, came off a turbo 4.1 crossflow.
