This is what a Rajab plenum looks like. It bolts onto the standard runners and is apparantly the most responsive on the market.

Any VL aficionado's would notice that the Rajab Plenum is almost a direct copy of the bog stock NA RB30 plenum. The only difference is that the throttle body is cast into the front instead of the stock location on the side.

Here is mine. I have been experimenting for 2 years on and off. And this appears to give best results.
Fuel - PULP
Boost - 13 PSI

Enjoy

No one seems to have posted these yet. Not sure of the specs on these puppies though.

It was done using a CNC machine. It is 10mm Aluminium. I used thick plate so that I had plenty of meat to tap threads into

Ok thanks for that , I have just finished writing the gcode and will cut a few more when I go back to trade school first week in february.

Did a simulated run all seems ok but the tafe that I attend has a ANCA and old bridgeport cnc mill will be fun to test run it and see what happens.

Can't wait until I get my own cnc machinery!!!!!

If anyone else has pictures of their turbo inlet manifold setup please post them or how you made your own.

I saw a ford I6 plenum at the motorplex today. Never seen anything like it.

Guy said it was a Snort one but wasn't very well made. Nevertheless the design of it looked very good.

Anyone got any photos of a Snort plenum

It was the one in the first and second pics.

You should put up some closer up pics of the insides and bottom.

From the outside they look fine.

no complaints about the build of my snort plenum.

from memory some of the WA guys had some issues with the threads in the plenums, needed to be retapped.

I didn't have those issues, my fittings screwed straight in.
