what have you done.... aftermarket like mine...or standard xrt parts bolted on?

my boost control is a turbosmart boost tee, and my tuner live tuned my computer so no map sensor needed to be changed

I got 236rwkw and 790Nm on stock box motor and diff, with trans cooler, only recently so well see how she holds up, thats with good fuel economy too, about 12.5l/ 100kms when i drive easy... not so much when i dont though...lol

power depends on how much boost you run, .. a stock standard ba turbo only puts out around 180rwkw..

I bought a standard xr6t manifold and welded an external wategate port. 45mm turbosmart external wastegate plumbed in. Built a full custom mandrel bent 3" exhaust system hiflow cat and muffler. T70 turbo, standard xr6 front mount. All plumbed in using xr crossover into throttle body. Greddy electrical boost controller. other small things like boost and oil pressure gauges etc.

Excuse my ignorance, but the only time I owned a turbo, it was pre-mechanical savvyness so ai never really learnt much in regards to turbs.

Basically, do what you have mentioned above (after market boost controller and such), is it necissary to have the car tuned or can the stock n/a ecu cope without a tune?

It will need to be tuned, yes.
