Stumbled on this when looking up XR's in the Trading Post - was actually after Honda XR250's, but.

Is it just me or is he dreaming? For an extra $12,500 you can get a BRAND new BA Mark II XR6 Turbo, and for an extra couple of grand possiably a second hand BA XR6T.[/img]

You can buy Skylines that'll rival that for a lot less now... Ah well, good luck to him and good work doing up an XR6.

It's a cool car (seen it driving around) though, very sleeper, as far as I remember, the only signs of what's inside it is the front mount intercooler and personalised plate. I think it's still on stock suspension and wheels and that.

wanted it.

I've seen it at traffic lights and intersections at that in Glenorchy a few times now. Like I said, I didn't think it was anything special at first as it looks stockapart from personalised number plates, then the second time I noticed the shinny frount mount intercooler.

He want to be like 10 grand Negotiable. Like wayyyyy Over priced. s**t it is a 10 year old car and besides I would rather spend me dosh on a Skyline GTR
(and you get 2 Hairdryers) if it came down to which car to buy with a Turbo at that price!!

I think it would get more than 10 as a stocker can get 10 grand all day... so maybe 15 to 20 is more on the money.
Still it would be a great purchase as theres a lot of money that goes into a turbo falcon

But no one does up a perfroamance car to drive it like a granny. It also makes me wonder why it's being sold if so much work has been done!

I would say $20k would be more around the mark someone would pay for it, although JETXR is for sale at $49 000 and that would probably sell closer to the $30-35k mark.
