why would you need to know how to TIG, a MIG is more then capable, of if keen, theres no reason an arc welder couldn't do the job.

well im thinking ss or alloy pipework, but i guess if you use mild steel you would mig or arc weld..
depends on if he can weld and how tight he wants to be with the set up..

You wouldn't need to weld .
You could buy a aluminum intercooler kit on eBay for $125.
And you can choose what you want and what size.

So 6x aluminum piping any bend / length / size
6x any silicon tube
6x hose clamps .

And theres a few more you can choose from too.
But I'd say the pipe would be the cheapy stuff . He says it's 2mm thick.

There's an aluminum place in my area which sells good quality ally pipe . I'll be getting most of mine there and silicon joins off eBay

Hahaha they look alright. Nothing wrong with them.saves ya fin around and welding s**t. I want to fit a en plenum with gas research and instead of running the pipe all the way around to the bbm just run straight from the guard into the tb.
