Just letting you know that if you want gaskets for the Snort Performance Sprintex s5-335 Supercharger Kits that they are now available off the shelf from QLD Gaskets in Brisbane.

These gaskets were drawn & cut for the original Snort Sprintex s5-335 plenum & seal plate so those with the newer updated parts will need to have these gaskets re-drawn & cut to suit.

The gasket kits contain the following:
Seal plate to plenum gasket.
Supercharger to seal plate gasket.
Plenum to Manifold (Runners) gasket.
Manifold to Head gasket.
Throttle Body intake to Supercharger gasket.
Throttle body to Throttle body Intake gasket.

The Gaskets are made from a Grey Non Stick, Non Asbestos BA-CF (Carbon fiber)
They are temp rated to 5000 degrees C*
They are Pressure rated to 130 Bar
They are are oil, air, fuel & solvent proof.
(You can have them in either .05mm to 1.00mm thickness)

You can also get them made from the cheaper Non Asbestos Blue anti stick "BA-U" Material (ARAMID)
This is a general service gasket material & is also resistant to oil, fuel, solvents, acids, hydrocarbons, water etc.
This "BA-U" material is Designed specifically for high-end Automotive gaskets.
They are temp rated to 4000 degrees C*
They are Pressure rated to 100 Bar
(.05mm to 1.00mm thickness)

NOTE: This aint your run of the Mill Supercheap Gasket paper!!

I don't know how much you will pay for a set,, but I can assure you that it won't be as much as I had to dish out.
I had to have these gaskets drawn up from scratch & then profiled into their system, but now they can be cheaply profiled & cut upon request.

Anyway,,Whatever they cost you they will be worth it because they sure do seal the sucker up good and tight & they are a hell of a lot better & cleaner than just using RTV sealant. They also help to retard the heat soak issue.
EDIT: Almost forgot, If you install the "1.00mm" thick gaskets you should also change your drive belt up one size.
Actually if you are in a pinch, you can still get away with using the original supplied belt size (only temporarily) but only if you are using the 10 psi SC Pulley (the 5 psi pulley is too large).

But I would recommend changing it as soon as possible because it compresses the auto belt tensioner to its limit & it also puts a lot of stress on the other pulleys.
It will quickly wear the belt ribs & start slipping in no time.
