Hello I'm running a Plazmaman p1 bov On my soh 4lt turbo running 20 ish psi still getting turbo surge and have had the bov as close to the turbo as I can and as close to the throttle body as I can what are people running and have you had this issue thanks.

Do you still get surge if you use less boost? Perhaps the BOV is not coping with the 20 psi and you need an extra one, or it's not working properly. Where have you got the vacuum hose plumbed to?

Yer with low boost also. I have it of one of the factory vac line ports on the standard inlet

Is it adjustable? If so, try a softer setting.

Wouldn't that be more up to your waste gate ?
