hi guys i have just been offered a vortech v-4 z-trim super charger head unit i am currently going thrue the process of having my v2 kit put back on. so here is my dillemma i will happily take this unit off of this persons hands but it needs all custom fabrications for my ef xr8.

if n e 1 knows any 1 in sa who can fabricate me this stuff that will be great. this will b a worthy upgrade indeed. my car will prolly blow the bottom end out but meh, it need a rebuild sum time. cheers guys...

oh yeah and also this will mean there will prolly mean there with be a v2 vortech kit up for grabbs in the not so distant future. i will prolly keep the cooler and i will c wat i re use for this huge unit conversion.
hell i dunno if this thing will even fit under my bonnet lol.

Damn, that V4 Z-Trim is a biiiig blower.

Have you checked the compressor maps for it?

It could actually run worse than the current S-Trim if it is flowing too little air to avoid surge.

what do u want for the v2?

im nt sure what ill b looking for it an far as price goes as im nt sure what components i will b selling with it.
i think if i sell it it will mainly be the main unit.and nt so much the accesories.
anyways i should prolly ask if this thing is gonna blow my car up. coz thatd suck preety bad.

so no 1 knows any good fabricators for the blower.
coz its noo good to me if i cant use it.


i do understand that this is very much a race application blower but i think i will give it a go anyways... any info of needed air flow.

best boost to run... lol im thinking low. very low to start with. but any needed info would be good. cheers
