the vac canister is behind the guard on the drivers side.
right infront of the kickpanel basically.

wrong side.
passenger side is charcoal canister.
drivers side further back if the vac one.

ah... ok cool...

I think I have a pump back there somewhere too for the GHIA auto leveliser I disconnected a few years back.

worse comes to worse, perhaps I can use the pump to remove air from the cannister.
