i currrantly own a ef fairmont 6 and trying to build my car for turbo setup wat intercooler will i need or doesnt it matter

I picked up mine from ebay for just under $300. Dimensions are 300 * 600 * 75 mm (core size). Fits very neatly on the ED and should be very similar for EF I think.

I've put a 600x300x75 (core size) intercooler in my EF, and it fits nice, I needed to cut a 2 inch strip off the iner side of my bumper, and move the auto oil cooler but that was about all.

yep same as mine... cheap as chips and great for our cars... good for 500hp easy

yeah with ebay prices today you'll find the pricing of the piping work etc will go over the cost of the intercooler :lol:

around 5 deg over abient... lowest Ive seen is 9deg on a chilli morning... was good boosting :D

That's the neatest bit of home_engineering I have seen for a long time it is a credit to you and with a small BLACK grille it will be a real sleeper ( keeps Nosy Gendarms and RTA away!!!) :roll: :twisted:

thanks for your help.but just smashed up my front end so that will have to get fixed before i start wit the turbo and cooler
