Really good work man! Heaps of info and something alot of fordmod members really needed! Im gathering together all the items to turbo my EB at the moment and am getting pretty close to throwing it all together.
Im going with a Holset HY-35 turbo, Haltech E6X ECU, Bosch 044 pump, 60 pound Siemens injectors and a 600x300 cooler. Yet to buy pipping and turbo manifold and little bits and pieces but your post has definately helped me. Cheers mate and keep up the good work

duel fuel will work fine, tho will need to be tuned, and you wont make as much power due to the restriction, but yes its doable

You'd be better off going straight gas.
Gas loves being turbo'd as it's much higher octane then regular available petrol (you have to go to special race fuels to match it). This means more boost You'll have to make sure you can supply enough gas though. So multiple mixers may be required.

Yeah straight gas is the better solution, but you can get a pretty good compromise setup running as well. Maybe use a GRA setup with the ford sensors on the TB? A J3 chip in the ecu to set things up as needed and it would be pretty good. If you can find a servo that sells 100% propane yes, it's much higher octane than regular petrol, and blended gas is a bit higher, but it depends on the blend. A few of GRA single TB LPG turbo setup's i have seen use 2 converters to feed the 1 mixer. Cheers ToranaGuy

ahhh you are the creater of the manifold that enspired me to have a go
guys, there are a few options with this sort of setup. the J pipe - which i think you should still weld a 3 bolt 2.5" plange to the standard exit point then make the pipe out of thick walled butt weld steam pipe. welding the flange straight to the manifold or welding a length of pipe to the side of the manifold the J pipe will actually flow more than the flange or pipe off the side of the manifold, but it is a bit more work weaving the pipe around the steering bits. i actually angled the pipe forward before welding, and came up with this. i will weld a flange to the standard exit point for the gate. the cast iron/steel can be welded quite easily, you just need to preheat the metal well and let it cool over a long length of time. props to doing this 5 years ago, im sure alot of people told you this couldnt be done (as a few people told me lol) but it obviously does alrite! for guys wanting to have go, get into it, manifolds are cheap and so is time. if you fk it up, im sure you will still learn something along the way. or pm me as im making up a few of these to sell im also going to make up a few J pipes out of the thick walled steam pipe, so i will update here once i have done a few of them.

Nice work dude. Time can be cheap, but not when you have too many projects on the go, like me lol.
Can't wait to see some J pipes up for sale - with a bolt on cat, like a VS v6 commy item, you could make this an easy thing to swap from a low boost say 7psi setup back to completely stock too, for the guys who just won't be bothered with engineering..... (not me, i engineer mods i have to) Cheers ToranaGuy

HA! I knew you could customize the standard intake!
I did have a bloke telling me you can't weld cast iron, I said if it's made of metal you can weld it! Jus with that last pic, is the pipe off the original outlet going to join to the big pipe off the back of the turbo as the wastegate? (I think that's what's already been said but just want to clarify) MORE PHOTOS OF THE MANIFOLD AND ASSEMBLY OF THE LOT! 5 year and still kicking, this is a thread worth keepin alive!
