Hi guys a bit of an update Ive finally got around to putting my turbo kit together altho I have a few concerns but ill list the parts and If you could tell me what maybe wrong with what I have

Manifold - Snort log manifold
Turbo - GT35R Garrett 0.70 COLD/ 1.06 HOT, Turbine wheel: 64.5 mm/Compressor wheel: 61.4mm
Wastegate - 38mm Tial
BOV - Tial 40mm (adjustable from 4-20 PSI)
Boost Controller - Turbosmart boost controller
Fuel Pump - BOSCH 023 (genuine)
Engine - AU2 block reco has 20,000K on it and has 9.7:1 CR
Head - Ported and polished hoppers head service
Cooler - 600 x 450 x 75 (3" in and out)
FMU - Vortech 12:1
Injectors - RECO AU injectors and 300Kpa fuel reg

Car made 159rwkw safetly but made higher but was running lean with head and cam package (in N/A form)

car has 3" system on it at moment with 1 straight through muffler and 200cpi cat I am in the process of getting the dump pipe made up for the turbo to cat (4" V-Band to 3" at cat)

I have the Wide band LC1 kit and gauges for boost/oil temp/AFR in the car at moment and will be heat wrapping the dump pipe and making a heat shield for the turbo hot side, I am only left to get the inter cooler piping and dump pipe made up before I can run it.

TUNING
How ever i will be going after market ECU at the end of the year, but funds have been drained just in buying the kit (most from the US since the dollar is going well) so Ill be getting a J3 tune to suit it from TI Performance for the short term till I get hold of a ECU.

Anyone have any thoughts on this so far or where I may have any problems?

At the moment Im only aiming at 180-190 RWKW till I get the aftermarket ECU, At 7-8 PSI which I think should be possible.

Then Ill change the FMU and injectors to 42Lbs and hopefully make 200-230 RWKW?

It doesnt sound like a GT45r. The wheels are about 20mm too small.

38mm wastegate seems pretty small for a cammed 4 litre motor sure it will flow enough to limit boost creeping up ?????

also i have heard that some people have reliabilty problems with the walbro ful pumps i would suggest a bosch 023 for and intank style pump

correct me if i am wrong??

definitely get the bosch 023 unlike the walbro's they can maintain higher fuel pressures.

well got most of my parts here however I have spoken to a few people and they have given me 2-3 different options for fueling this thing
Option A
J3 chip (for tune till I buy an EMS 8860) and run Stock AU Injectors, 300Kpa reg and a 12:1 FMU
Option B
J3 chip (for tune till I buy an EMS 8860) and run 36Lb injectors and stock 300kpa reg
Option C
J3 chip (for tune till I buy an EMS 8860) and run 42Lb injectors and a 1:1 reg

Only question is that Im only after 200-210rwkw max for my daily but have got almost 1 year to complete it.

what are peoples opinions also a few quick notes

#the closest dyno is 650k one way from me
#I have a wideband O2 installed
#I am holding out for what is better to tune with (via J3) till I get around to buying an EMS
