it wont give you any gain if you haven't already done a fair bit of work to the car.

i have a high flow cat 2.5" sports exhaust, extractors and cold air intake???

You would need a decent cam and some head work to warrant getting one. But if you are going to do that work, you should get one. I cant believe on there add " THIS WILL GIVE YOU A POWER GAIN OF APPROX 15 KW AT THE WHEELS" which is absolute s**t unless you have some race spec engine, even then I doubt you would get that sort of gain.

Its the sort of thing you would get if you chasing every last KW. I would do head work before you bought a throttle body.
