from wat i have read the bar and plate is the profered one to alots of turbo pros. but realy i dont think its going to matter. jsut get a plumbak ajustable bov. turbosmart, gfb or tial. the tial is the better on of the lot, it flows a heap but is very quiet. but also expensive

So why would you bother upgrading if it already had the best?

The bar and plate vs tube and fin debate has been going on for years.... they are both equally as good.
Just grab a bar and plate off ebay, so so cheap ( they were like 600bucks a few years ago ) and do a great job

If 100 will fit then go for it... but 76mm is fine, thats what mine is and seems to get the air temp right down
