Since getting the Snort kit, I have wanted to re-do it using an EA-ED log manifold and put the blower under it. Maximum stealth and longer runners for increased part throttle torque.

On Initial thought there's a few things I can think of that would need to be done to make it fit.
- cut'n'shut runners to push the plenum closer to the shock tower giving more room under the manifold
- relocate TFI or convert to EF ECU and coil pack
- starter may be in the way
- getting air intake to supercharger
- engine mount might be an issue
- EA-ED MPFI A/C bracket to lower A/C compressor

One day I might get the motivation to try it out.

Awesome! How much clearance do you have between the charger and the shock tower? I would like to squeeze in a heat exchanger in the plenum so its intercooled.

Not much. Maybe about 10-15mm.

Schieße. Is possible to substitute plenum volume for shorter intake runners? Or isn't there enough room to go any shorter?

No idea on plenum volume. The fuel rail only just fits as it is, almost hits the plenum.
Geoff from snort did say it was possible to fit w2a with the mp112, but not with the svt units.
Might just have to settle for water/meth injection, or run on e85.
