it did awsome burnouts all day long nothing went wrong with it.

if you get them to install it they will warranty it.

im prob gonna get them to put on a kit for me

and with the welds, ummm i did not know that welds had to look sexy to do their job

REMEMBER just coz its on ebay does not mean its s**t

Yes doesn't have to look sexy to do it's job...looks can be deceiving...but you wouldn't pick an ugly chick over a super model given the chance :P.

I reckon if the welds were cleaner or cleaned up, there would be more appeal. More appeal means more people interested and thus a higher possibility of selling of the product. Product marketing is a key to a successul business and the way it is presented will see it sold.

^^ if you were to spend time cleaning up the welds and making it more pretty, then obviously the extra labour time is going to increase the price. If the product works- who cares if the welds have not been cleaned up 100%? Look at the price for the product. If i had an E series i would jump on one of these. (even thinking of getting my mates EL junker-spending 2g on this kit, then having lots of fun in it.)

Have been tempted to give one of these kits a go myself. Will it definatly need a bigger pump and injectors? Was really hoping not to spend too much extra.. already have an aftermarket programable computer so at least that bit is taken care of.

mate brought this kit, spent 500 bucks on a fuel system.. he runs a 040 intank with a adjustable fuel regulator and stock injectors atm... but the magna 24pound injectors should do the job fine..

Yes that's understandable...but cleaning up welds won't increase the price to 10K...if it did I'd want some serious diamonds attached to the product. What I'm saying is...a bit of a clean, increase price by 100 or 200 and it will be more appealing. It doesn't cost a fortune to do little things, but it can have a big effect on the buyer.

If I was to buy this, I'd clean the welds up myself to save some money, but some people prefer not to do any extra work to get a good looking engine bay. Obviously I'm speaking of those who are pretty pedantic about the finish.

Thats a very decent entry level kind of price. Had this kit been around a few years ago I would have jumped at the chance. So with this kit plus another say 2k for tuning software, pipework etc. and it would be good to go?

Thats decent value in my opinion.

that all depend on the current condition of your engine, the amount off boost you put into it and how good the tune is after the turbo has been fitted...

Viper 1431, 6psi on a healthy engine tuned right will be fine. Obviously any pinging will blow a headgasket in no time and an old headgasket is always an unknown, may be corroded and about to pop or may be fine, most will be ok. Good to see you have the ecu covered. I cant tell you how much the stock pump will flow never really tryed, it would probably be ok for 6psi with stock fuel pressure and bigger injectors but not for high fuel pressures. The best option is the usuall bosch 023 or 044 and bigger injectors.

Troy, sure warrantys dont mean s**t if their not honered, we gaurentee to back our warranty 100%, no fine print bullcrap. To date we havnt had a single issue. The last thing we want is p****d of customers bagging us, we are here to help, the more boosted eseries out there the better  Looking at these manifolds in person on the car they look good, looks like i need to post some better photos of the last batch of manifolds. In reality they should be heatwrapped anyway otherwise engine bay temps get very hot and plug leads become damaged over time etc.

Tuner was happy with the setup, and reckons he will hit 250+rwkw with tune 8psi spring and injectors

And for those complaining about the weld's... When i had a look at the manifold, it was fine?? It was a better job the the Exhaust joint my mate went to....

What's used for the intercooler piping there? I'm used to seeing a shiny stainless piping.. is it painted or is it black plastic piping ?
