Looks good mate, I like the way the bracket is set up plus you could still use the air box if you wish too. few extra pipes & bends I reckon. even heat wrap the intake around the exhaust side. plus a couple of rear facing bonnet vents to disperse the heat as well... Cool set up by the way.

Great setup there, very tidy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Does that heat wrap your using on the extractors keep the heat down? Thinking about putting some on the pacemaker's I have fitted to my EL fairmont.. Cheers...

Thanks for the comments. Custom set up daz, Yes there is a lot of noise from the blower, and the 3 inch zorst, very loud once above 2500rpm. It gets a fair few looks at the lights
Fuel economy ain't that bad either, bout 400-450km on 98 Any suggestions, fire away |

Heat wrap to keep heat in, hotter the gases the quicker they flow!!!

under bonnet temps any lower and would a 7.5m roll be enough to cover pacemaker 4499 extractors?

ive heard nothing but bad things with heat wrap on headers.
ive been thinking about doing mine for awhile, but too many people have complained about corrosion, crack welds etc |

I wrap all my headers be it a dirt bike or a car.
No problems with anything really. Just makes stuff run cooler and scavenge a teeny weeny bit better.
