Anyone got any pics, or can tell me how they have mounted their intercooler in their front bar? Im looking at different ways, and places to mount the brackets? Cooler is a 600 x 300mm with 2 mounting points top and bottom?

I modified the A/C bottle bracket so it sits closer to the radiator, and bent the a/c pipes so they are vertical rather than horizontal. The bracket nearly sits right on the condensor and the bottle is about 15mm from the intercooler.

As for the actual intercooler brackets, for the top I made up an L shape out of some 3mm flat bar steel, and bolted it to the radiator support panel. For the lower brackets I used some more flat bar bent to shape and bolted it to the lower front cross member panel (there are holes already in it which line up good)
