alright i've been searching all morning, but haven't found much information. what do i do with the aircon reciever/dryer canister when fitting an intercooler? is there enough room to squeeze in a 600*300*100 or even a 600*300*76 sized cooler, and still be able to fit the front bumper back on, with some modification of course. just wondering what other ppl have done.

cheers!

Dont call me silly but here is one option
GUTT the interior, obviously leave the drivers seatbelt and steering wheel and pedals, bolt a milk crate down in there so you got somethin to sit on,
now since their is no dash and no aircon unit inside the cab that fixes the dryer problem on the outside.... throw it all out, get a shorter belt so the power steerin still works
and what do you know
IT FITS.... and you will maybe go faster ..... not to sure yet.
let me know what you think Tommeh boy

My mates EB deleted the aircon to fit the 600x300x100, but I'm pretty sure its possible to relocate the reciever dryer if you really want, just costs to have the new steel lines made up etc, to mount it in the engine bay. Also you need to cut away a fair portion of the lower part of the bumper, which means the intercooler is out in the open air all unprotected, and highly visible. Its certainly possible and fits quite well but EF-EL is MUCH easier, and better concealed.

GO and have the aircon degassed (the legal way) and then remove the aircon belt. After that you can do what you like, ie you can dummy it up, and mount stuff where you want it. Then when you want it connected, go back and have the lines made up, and regassed. Then you put the belt back on, and your set.

ah thanks ebs, looks like i'll have to rip it out :? now my next problem is the ABS  , i thinks thats gona have to go, theres no room at all for piping. apparently i just need the front brake lines from a NON ABS falcon? is this correct, then it should be fine, and remove the computer ofcourse

You shouldn't have to remove the ABS, my mates is still in the factory location, and 3" piping fits....I'll go take some pics if hes ok with it, and I can find my digi camera

EDIT: Actually I stand corrected....I don't think his eb has abs
