With the serious torque these motors make a TH400 is cheaper to build strong compared to C4's...

+1

Having allfast over here in WA put a TH400 into my turbo was one of the best things Ive
done... The box has silky smooth gear changes, will def handle the power and is fully
manualised... Its ace....

How much did that set you back? If i were to do that i would want to go back to something like 2.75, 2.92 diff gears as i dont like it revving its tits off on the highway.

It ended up costing about 5k I think but that included a custom hi-stall from allfast
(who are the best in the business) plus my pro-ratchet shifter install and 1000hp
tail shaft with in built loop.... Plus we sourced my gearbox from the US when the
dollar was s**t...

Im running about 14psi thru it.... As its a stock motor, and Ive only got
a T04E turbo for now (upgrading to T04Z soon though).... Its guaranteed
to handle 850hp and over 1000nm of torque off a transbrake launch.... So
big power....

Damn aye gonna be a weapon once you build the motor and run the boost up, still would be pretty damn quick the way it is now.
