you obviously going to be shooting for some 400kw+ numbers, based on the size of your injectors combined with the rising rate reg... you will have more than enough fuel to poke a stick at..

depending on how much power you do want, that pump may hold you back at 350rwkw

definately mate, i would not try get that sort of figure without seeing a bare minimum of 4l/min return flow... i want you to work out for me what sort of fuel pressure you will be seeing at your intended max boost??? starting at 42psi, and add however many psi your reg increases for every pound of boost....

THEN, set your fuel pressure to that max pressure level, and test how much flow you get from the return line... as an example, with my bosch 044 and turbosmart street 1:1 reg, i will be seeing 42+16.5psi = 58psi fuel pressure, i flow tested my system at 60psi and got a return flow figure of exactly 4l/min

it is normal practise to have atleast 20% extra available flow JUST IN CASE...

i calculate that at 400rwkw you will be just over 700fwhp, therefore, you will be consuming roughly 3.4l/min... add to that the headroom, and you will need 4l/min.

now with the rising reg, you will be well over 60psi, more like 75psi probably, and the flow from the pump will drop considerably..

my suggestion is you ditch the rising rate reg, they arent good for anything other than trying to patch up an underfuelling problem when either you have too small injectors, or you have no tuning ability with a std ecu, with full management, you should be using a 1:1 reg...

and use atleast one 044

oh, also m8, are you sure that turbo is upto the task??? is it capable of 700+HP, and that t5-z, dont expect that to last for one second with 400rwkw pumping through it, especially 3rd gear

just my 2c worth, including gst

you needed a tuner that paid more attention to things like cylinder distribution then....

Here's a new pic of my setup

TKO would be stronger than a T56. Otherwise if the TKO s**t itself, your gonna need a toploader or go auto.
Also, i'd hate to see the attention from the constabulary you're gonna receive with that cooler hangin out like that.
You didn't have to kill that Z spec box, i would've more than happily put it to good use.
One more thing, well done on the setup, for a 19 year old!!!
