You don't happen to know kcuf (Dan), he's a Canberra resident, and knows a few things about blown 351's.

my engineer says that LPG is fine... no need to test it and what year model is your LTD if its pre 86 then it has no troubles at all... petrol or gas
cheers

Well advise your engineer that EPA doesn't give a f**k about him, if they stick a sniffer up the a*** of your exhaust and it doesn't comply with the relevant emissions of that vehicle you will have to have it tested at the EPA place in Sydney, it doesn't matter what fuel you run, and a lot of older type LPG systems will have problems passing.

The vehicle in I was talking about was a XD, if you get done by the EPA basically you are f**k as a stock XD on petrol has problems complying, he tried this after the slightly worked 351 was knocked back (pulling up cars coming out of a car show in Sydney), then he went 302 stock setup and was knocked back, then many times with poor LPG setup, he gave up and sold it.
