i missed what was said, but yes, definately tig welds, and i think they look pretty good -but that may be cos' i did them. CHEF, you are spot on there, the only other guy in my area that has a tig charges like a wounded bull for it. he has a seperate labour rate for tig welding, i'd hate to be paying him to do what ive done on the manifold, it would be about $350 worth of welding im guessing

anyway, i hope these pics show a bit more detail

must have just been the pic, or how i was looking at it.

I think you have done an awsome job there, also looks like it will flow extremely well.

I presume you used steam pipe for pipe strength so holes wouldn't blow thru.

Now, has anyone got one in use at the moment and what are the figures ?

Would love to see a set polished and ceramic coated.

correct, it is steampipe, which is arund 3.5mm thick.

no-one but me has one of these as yet, (havent been able to sell any) mine will be ceramic coated by the end of the week, and hopefully will be running and tuned within the next month, so i will supply my results then...
