all i did was, taped into all the ecu inputs, and cut all the out puts. the only thing that the eec controls is the auto and accsesories.

dunno, i will wait till i get a cam then should go bak for a full tune.
it not running to well at the moment. i not sure if its the leads, plugs or somthing els, but its starting breaking up over 3000. back firing an stuff. i dont think its my plugs becuase they are new. i tryed redsizing the gap to .9 and it help a little bit. and my leads are tracking if i idle it in the dark. they are pritty new but have been very hot. they are 9mm eagle leads

yea, sounds like leads, my 10mm top gun leads were breaking down over about 5psi... would pop and bang.
those leads i beleived to be fine, obviously they werent, although, i havent even run them on my multimeter yet. i pulled my plug gaps back out to .95mm, before it was tuned im VERY interested to see what sort of power you can make on the equivalent boost pressure??? im also VERY interested to see when you decide 'stop there' while tuning... how far do you think you will push it?? its a big question, and is a lot harder to decide when its YOUR engine, and if things break, your out of pocket and have to fix it... i personally had nervous shaking hands while standing besides the dyno its all too tempting to say, go a bit further, go a couple more psi.. LOL

yeh i see wat ur saying, i think i will go 8psi low boost and 15psi for high boost. hopfully with a good cam it should make 240-260+rwkw.

i made 235kw on 9psi at just 4200rpm. you will piss that in m8

well i had a good time last nite.
i when for a bit of a cruse out of town(i live in contary) and i was about 10ks out of town and gess wat the fuking heater hose split and sprayed coolant all over my dizzy, leads and coil. it ran for a little wile popin and fating, untill it come to a dead stop, and would not start. then i went to ring my dad to tell him to come out and pick me up with the trayler, but my phone went flat. so i had a good 10k walk home in the dark in the middle of losts of paddics. lucky i found the main railway and walked along that. not to menton it was about 4 degrees last nite

lol... sounds like "a commedy of errors"... had a similair event happen to me at lithgow a year ago... was the fuel pump shot.... but luckily for me i had a couple of car pass me... (i had no mobile reception in the hills of lithgow around lake lyle)...was 9pm n cold too...
