before you go getting smart a**, have you actually got experience with NOS on an ef 6?????

im posting what i know, from experience involving the exact same model, engine, nos shot as this thread is aimed at....

he may find that very usefiul information, whether you agree from a rule of thumb perspective or not.

hi performance products, cars, building performance engines.
thats my day job. i deal with this stuff every day. we are one of only two places in townsville that fill nitrous bottles, i hear all the stories and see most of them first hand. it's not rule of thumb, it's my personal experience

some cars run for ages with out a problem. but most do not. better to be safe then sorry

Nah i wanted to check that i have a constant fuel pressure of 39psi (275kpa) which i havent yet done. Cant find anyone with a fuel pressure guage.

Once i've done that yeah im up for it and i know theres more people from FM coming down next week too. But yeah had a run with a VU SS 5.7L and that was pretty even :)

from memory, white plugs are caused by too much heat. not 100% sure though, but my old one were like that when i took them out 5000k ago. dunno how old they were. going to service it again in a few weeks.

Hmmm.. might have to drop the heat back a little and use normal spark plugs insted of XR6 ones

Yeah those XR6 plugs are pretty cold. Freezing actually.

This one time, my freezer shat itself, so I put an XR6 plug in it and it froze everything, like, instantly...

No offence, but considering the mods you list, is that not a touch on the crapola side...

i tend to agree here.

with the 75 shot, even if it only make as little as 50 real world HP
your KPH shold be closer to 160kmh.
