Ok guys, I am at a quandry. I have mucked up the wiring for my 8860 using the NOS function. It is currently on circuit 1 of the outputs. I have a diagram of the NOS wiring, but need to delete the microswitch as the 8860 will use the TPS reading to activate the solenoids.
Attached is the NOS setup instructions, and the wiring diagram is on page 13. I now have the EMS wiring diagram for the NOS. Now i will admit i am an idiot when it comes to wiring so could someone please explain how the relays work and how to get then 2 wiring diagrams to become one, or even "draw a diagram for me. Cheers Brett

It looks to be pretty simple.
Your EMS switches the output low to activate the relay so just connect the output to the Green wire on the NOS relay instead of going to ground. And the input to the EMS goes straight to the Blue wire. Now you can still fit the microswitch, then the NOS will only activate when the switch is triggered and the EMS triggered. A bit of a double backup. Or just leave it out and run a wire direct to the NOS relay.. I'm sure if I got it wrong then someone here will point it out pretty quickly. Here's a pic to help..

That NOS diagram is the same one for the stinger(not surprising really) Like NF said just follow the ems diagram, and i would add the extra switch for safety sake. You dont want to be wasting shots that's for sure. Get a toggle switch with the rocket cover, look the goods if nothing else.
The ems switch the relays by grounding, same as the injectors. It is pretty easy, you have to have power switched on by the ignition switch, the ecu does the rest. I have to connect up the bbm for my set-up, much the same job. I could help you out if you get really stuck, or desperate.... Cheers Daz

Guys, thanks for that. I was going to re wire the system today, but it was already wired. When i changed the system i cut 4 wires that lead to the solenoids and didnt mark them as to what did what. The diagram you guys provided allowed me to repair my previous install and it all works now. I have test fired it with no NOS hooked up and the engine off, and both solonoids are now firing as they should be. I will not test it until the tune is complete and correct.
Come friday i will have some more pics and photo's after the tune. Again thanks heaps
