But still nice & stealthy!

That's a better sound for me ...and I would consider running the Turbosmart BOV mentioned earlier.

Here's a couple of shots of my engine, including my Jim Mock extractors (which I will have Chrome ceramic coated at time of install) ...all look suitable to you Tim?

They all whine pretty strongly at birth :D but come back to near quiet over the longer term such as the one on this Territory.

Mark, looks mighty fine to me, I can see it calling out for more attention, more shiney bits.

Of further note, we think that the Territory has the same 70 - 140 acceleration as the intercooled VY Commodore which suprised us a lot as the Commy goes pretty hard. Of course the Tezza is slower off the line for a bit due to the incredible weight but once it goes a few car lengths its all ON and with no let up.

Buried somewhere in the Raptor website (under VN Commodore kits, IIRC), there is a mention of quiet and loud options. Is that just BOV (plumb-back v's atmo) or something to do with the head unit?

Yep, that's all good Tim.

My engine bay will definitely be up for some shiny bits (Rocker cover, extractors, BBM, braided hoses etc) ...along with a polished Raptor of course.

the dev 5 kit will be fine, with boost. as long as tune is good.

it wont need much boost to make good power.

steves is similar setup to yours, as he is running the whole dev 5 kit with high compression and all, and you know the result from that.

as for the injectors, both xr6t and 42lb ford motorsport injectors are multi spray. i had the 42lbs on my car for a while with no problems.

Thanks Fritzz!

10 psi is what I'm planning to start with, retuned with the Eliminator Chip ...although an aftermarket ECU is not out of the question.

Sounds like my decision for boost just got a whole lot easier...

Mate, it needs a BIGGER HOLE to go hard, something 3" and 3" metal cat will wake it all up. Very strongly recommended, 2.5" is WAY undersize and restricts the power big time

A must do mod for best results
