I'm installing the powerdyne into my EF.
Steps 9 is "tighten supercharger tab bolts before fitting supercharger. To turn supercharger housing, heat gently to expand it slightly so that it spins on the main body."
What's this mean?
How tight to tiughten the tab bolts?

OK, see how there's two main halves to the blower... the main part of the blower with the outlet attached is circular, meaning it can be rotated in place - to change the angle of the oulet.

You shouldnt need to do this. Nor will you want to, as good practice will have you confirm the clearance for the compressor against the housing.

Just make sure all the bolts on the blower are tight and then proceed with fitting...

Judgement call :)

CAPA can prob give you torque settings if you're a torque wrench kind of guy. Just do them up so they wont come loose but also not so tight that you distort the housing (doubt that's possible considering the strength of those things).
