6psi would be fine... getting closer to 9psi and you would want to be looking at bigger injectors, fuel pump and after market ECU. They run Cappa supercharger kits on stocky E-series at 6psi with no other modifications and they put out 200rwkw... Any higher and it starts to get iffy

Yeh... on top of injectors and fuel pump you'd need a new ECU... would set you back about a grand for something like a Wold 3D Version4. But don't forget that running 10psi will then put extra strain on the motor itself as well as the drivetrain...

Running 6 psi will also put extra strain on the motor and drivetrain.
And no, you won't necesarily need a complete new ECU. Capa just fit an extra high flow fuel pump and larger injectors, with a chip for the factory ECU to run these, and that'll be happy for a 9psi set up. No complete new ECU there.

A VERY basic setup which would be good for about 6psi and 200rwkw without replacing fuel pump, injectors and ECU is still going to cost around 3 grand. Here's a few links and rough prices for ya.

A brand new simple style turbo kit from eBay with a log style exhaust manifold and most bits and pieces is $2999.99 Buy it Now
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/NEW-RELEASE-FORD ... dZViewItem
If you replace fuel pump, injectors and ECU(or get it chipped) you would be able to squeeze 400rwhp out of this.

SNORT PERFORMANCE do an even better kit with a tuned exhaust manifold and heaps better turbo which is capable of pulling over 500rwhp for $1k more.

If you keep an eye out then every now and then a complete kist comes along second hand or brand new but never fitted...

don't think ur info is quite correct.

u will be lucky to get 200rwkw at 6psi with the eec, i would expect 170-190.

i also wouldn't think the stock fuel pump would be good for 200rwkw, 180 max

also u wouldn't archive 400rwhp with stock cam.

http://www.fordmods.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=12309 He got 204rwkw from all stock internals on low boost... it wouldn't have been far off 6psi I don't reckon... correct me if I'm wrong... And of course you wouldn't get 400rwhp with stock cam... Stock head and bottom end would struggle a hell of a lot with that as well... I kinda' thought they were obvious.

Besides... I was only giving the guy some links

Well arnt the amount of psi and amount of rwkw completely different?

Some setups would work really well together, others not so well.
Also remember some setups arnt just about massive rwkw numbers.
