you're only able ot have a certain amount of attachments, you may have to go and remove old ones.

If he doesn't know how to do it, I doubt he would have posted any before!

Here the pics of the manifold finally, sorry about the wait.

It has been fully oxy welded so that the join doesnt fall though, its out of 2" pipe. The flanges are made from 10mm plate and plazma cut.
As you can see there is no wastegate pipe as i did not need one.

The next manifold i'm making for my mate will tho, as i am putting a smaller turbo on it for him.

Heres another one, also wit a shot of the turbo.

Image

Heres one at the creek with the scoop that i made for the bonnet, its just in primer at the moment.

What do you's think?

Image

The motor is coming out shortly. Im tossing whether to put in BA XR6 forged pistons and rods which will set me back around $2900 or just a set ACL race series pistons. What do you's think about about Hypatec, i have only jus heard of them. Were do you get them from.

scoop doesnt look TOO bad and at least its not for pose value, with a big turbo like that you definately need good cooling.
So how much would you charge for a similar manifold?

i dont like the scoop. with the pistons and rods it just depends wat power u want. if u can afford the forged ba pistons and rod then go for it. personaly i would keep the standard rods and use hypereutectic pistons, this is wat brendan mock uses in his 605rwhp ef xr6

hypereutectic isnt a brand name. Cast and hypereutectic pistons are ideal for engines that witness a lot of street use with the occasional weekend dragstrip visit. Forged pistons are suggested whenever the revs are expected to be high. Forged pistons expand at a different rate than cast and hypereutectic, which means they are sometimes noisy when cold. Cast and hypereutectic pistons are both cast-aluminum pieces. The hypereutectic piston has a higher 16%silicon content for rigidity. It can take a greater pounding than a cast piston and is cheaper than forged.
