and insurance...its gotta be shannons
racv before the turbo was $1400,shannons with the turbo was $1200
shannons are the cheapest iv found for everything, have my house, car and my fiance's car insured through them

How the? I called up shannons for a quote regarding insurance for house, car and bike...they said because I wasn't 25 they wouldn't insure me :?. I found that quiet stupid considering I haven't had an accident, no claims ever since I started driving/riding and my house doesn't have any major renovations required...gayness.

Back on topic...sorry to hear about the accident...shame such a nice car was put off the road :(. At a time like this...I would love for the person in front to be partially at fault as well, driving without rear brake light signals is just as dangerous as someone with slightly bald tyres.

Hope the resurrection of PSIXR will come soon.

the ressurection will be very soon,i think iv even found the new ride,ef fairmont sparkling bugandy, but will be an EL XR pretty fast!!!i reckon a sparkling el xr would look awesome.
my fiance tried to get her car insurance through shannons and they told her she doesnt have enough intrest in cars so wouldnt do it.so i put our house in both our names then she could put her car on aswell since she already had a policy.

Hmm I might give them another call and see if I can get a quote for all three and see if they accept it. Thanks though :D

Did you get fined or anything? Just curious, I know you were the car behind but since their brake lights weren't working were they in the s**t instead of you?

What a shame, ur car looked very nice

I nearly rear endered someone today with no rear lights, i thought about ur car as i read it a couple days ago.

If i was a cop, id fine them so hard its not funny.

Try going into one of their shopfronts and speak to them directly, generally they have a bit more discretion, and if they see you are not a hoon and not driving a s**t they can be a bit more accommodating. I had insurance with Shannons since I was about 22.
