xr6t ute 03 190xxx with a rough idel, sometimes it goes to stall then picks up and at the lights it idels low and causes the ute to "shake" as such.

Ideas?

Leaking intake manifold gasket perhaps? Spray some WD40 along the gasket.

what would wd40 do? show where air would be getting sucked in?

I should have mentioned that the engine needs to be idling while you spray the WD40. When you spray it on the leak (use the red straw), the idle will smooth out. If, of course, that's the problem.

i have same problem i have a aftermarket air box n the plug is not plugged in how do u over come it

there is no plug in the airbox.....
