I finally have my motor up and running again with the new setup, i was just wondering if it would be ok to take it out and run it in before i take it to get a proper tune, i know its running heaps rich, as to get it started i had to back of the fuel pressure right off, and lower the fuel trim down heaps was just running like crapand blowing heaps black smoke, it seems to be running ok idles and revs etc after adjusting the pressure and trim, but still will only run with the fuel pressure lowered think its still preety rich, should i go get a light tune or run it in like that. its for my race car so wont be running it in 1000ks, my fuel cell holds about 30l so was thinking of going out some were and just runing up and down for prob 3-4 tanks, cheers.

you say it running again, so whats changed the injectors or something, shouldnt runin a motor thats basicly flooding for want of a better word , will wash the rings and bores to much and they wont bed in properly
