hey, ok the standard bov on a ba xr6t is located at the back of the engine between the cast air/cooler pipe intake on top of the rocker cover that says TURBO INTERCOOLED if u look up behind that and the fire wall , on the turbo intercooled intake u will see a cast fitting which has a rubber pipe comming off it about 10cm long then goes into a small black plastic fitting this black fitting is the STOCK BOV it looks kinda like its off a sprinkler system ,, the other side of the bov vents back into the intake, but yeah thats it its easy to find, if u are planning on running a atmo bov ull have to block off that pipe that vents back to the intake unless u run a plum back bov you use this pipe (its more legal) u wont get hassled, but reccomended bovs for the xr6t r the Turbo smart supersonic with plumb back adapter, or a GFB mack one with PBA both of these are avaliable with trumpets.
if u still have trouble let me know , ill get u a pic cheers matt |
