So i'm reading about all these supercharger group buys and getting evil thoughts in my head, but i have one small question:

How do these babies run on dualfuel!? I have an EF with aftermarket LPG (i'm not even certain which brand) - can it be done with the existing set up or would i be needing to invest in one of these 'perfromance' lpg set ups? (More cost - and hastle - then i can afford!)

Also i take it to be insurable or even road-legal, my EF would then need to be engineered yes? What's a rough cost for this, given that i'm in qld.

I love the old wagon but really want a bit of get-up and go, and if i don't go through with this i'll have to resort to a cam, or worse, a skyline :P

Any advice would be muchly appreciated!

mmm
tis a very good q
i think ican still be done
as the inlet pipe work and super charger goes BEFORE the lpg mixer
the only imediate problem is can the mixer supply enough gas under boost?
and how does the converter peform under boost is it even possible?

mmm u could go all out and do a gas injection system and the supercharge :)

Obviously you'll need a LPG system which can supply sufficient gas. Theres no question that LPG will work under a boosted environment, you just gotta have enough gas!

Technocarb does some awesome stuff for the V8's.. good for up to 600HP.

So basically what you're alll saying is that i'll have to upgrade the gas system to provide enough juice under boost. Dammit not what i wanted to hear! Oh well, thanks anyway :D
