sorry about the amount of threads iv been posting in forced section but im really a newby to the turbo world and just want to get some knowlage.

anyway just wondering if any1 has herd of the brand MonstA?

this turbo looks really cheap and its brand new too, gota be something dodgy about it?

MonstA T3/T4 600HP TURBO

The T3 / T4 MonstA Turbo are custom matched for specific applications. Airflow ratings to 600 HP. Consists of a T3 turbine section, (standard, Stage II or Stage III trim) and a T4 compressor section (T04 trim).

The turbo offers the low inertia and fast boost response of the light weight T3 Turbine wheel and the high airflow characteristics of the T4 compressor. Air flow rating of up to 600HP

3" Inlet Diameter : 2" outlet

Wet Floating Bush Bearings : 1/8 NPT oil inlet

T3 Flange : Fits T3 and T3/T4 Manifolds

Specs:

. 50 a/r compressor

.63 a/r turbine

.57 trim

Turbine wheel:
Exducer: 2.48"
Mayor : 2.89"

Compressor wheel :
Exducer: 2.07"
Mayor : 2.36"

Also pic looks like it is external gate only so factor that in when buying.

Be careful with this thing because the exhaust wheels and shafts' arn't exactly perfect. i've heard many stories about these turbo's going good for a few days to months and then falling to bits. They end up costing twice the amount you pay for it to fix and turn into a real turbo. In my books your better off to buy a real garrett second hand and just have it reco'd. As long as the shaft and wheels are ok it won't cost more than 300 to do. You can buy a suitable garrett for 150 out of the trader etc. Lets say thats all that's going to happen and you have yourself an actual fresh garrett for 450.
Don't waste 350 or there abouts on those crappy things. Only my opinion though.

dispite being a "600hp turbo", that is to small for a falcon.

Where can you get it done for $300? is that DIY or have you seen places advertise reco's for $300?

Theres a fair few guys on the calais forums using these n getting biggish number considering what u pay for them. But thats on 3 litres. Monsta sell a t70 holset but i rekon snorting boosts idea is a little better.

VEry similar to the ebay turbo that was on the VL at yesterdays CMS dyno day... it did 164odd kws on 15(?) psi... cheap but will they last?
