question, would a supercharged EF engine benefit having a larger throttle body on it? the blower being used is a powerdyne 9psi stage 2 unit.

Depends how large you go. Go too big and you lose the velocity of the air that goes in , if its too small it will become a restriction. Even though the boosted air is pressurized too big of an area will lose some of the boost pressure and flow speed but still flow the same amount of air. Confused? I know i am.

for 9PSI, Id probably recommend staying with stock. They're plenty big, and will keep you air velocities up.
If you think its a restriction, put something like a 75mm on, not a 105! thats huge. Cheers

Dont waste your money, stay with the stock TB.
The blower will pump the same amount of air into your engine no matter wether you are running a 60mm or 105mm throttle body. Forced induction is very different to n/a... |
