Hey I'm looking to start building a turbo motor for my ef and was wondering if anyone can give me some advise on were to start n wheres some good websites to order parts etc. I'm thinking about getting a stage 4 snort turbo kit and building a motor to suit it, also would I be better off using my ef motor or an Au motor? Any help/advise will be appreciated

Well mate the best advice I can offer is Don't take short cuts, Buy quality products, Spend the dollars and do it right the first time in the long run it will save you dollars.

If you have a EF now just use that engine unless you intend on doing a forged rebuild then yer look at the AU.

One more bit of advice is buy a good quality ECU and before you do cheack locally who does tuning and what ECU they prefer that again will save you money.

Use GOOD ECU and tune to durable power levels..
As long as injectors / fuel supply is up to task ??
240 to 260 rwkw is a good daily driver..

If you're in Victoria, half your woes are solved already for 4 litre turbo power.
One man and one man only! He is the bees knees of 4 litre turbo's in Australia making the most bang for buck power you can throw your hard earned pennies at. He's set the record in the world for the fastest lpg powered car too.
Call Jason Ghiller at Tunnel Vision Performance and look no other place and don't waste your money anywhere.
He does all fuel types but is also a specialist when it comes to 4 litre turbo lpg set ups.
http://www.tunnelv.com.au
Cannot recommend him highly enough. 1 stop shop for all things 4 litre turbo. Best advice and parts recommendation.
Give him your budget and what your needs are and he won't s**t you or take you for a ride.
Tell him Wes gave you his details.
Cheers
