it might sound silly, but have you tried to put the bumper back on yet?

cos i was all happy that my fmic piping was done... went to put the bumper on, and the foglight surrounds fouled on the passenger side intake piping. lol

yer im a bit worried it will fool on the passenger side. it goes on nice when i dummy fitted the bar with just the cooler.

yes the batteries in the boot, its the only way to go.

and the other bloke who asked how much. id say near 10g, going the custom intake would reduce piping costs so its really 6 one way half a dozen the other. i paid $700 for the plenum and smoothed out no welds showing.

i think i have worked out the wiring so i should get it going on the weekend.

yeh likewise.. ive heard the ABS bracket can be shifted 20mm back.. that could help.. if you have that problem.

i just dont want to cut into my bumper, because the cut would be visible from the outside

hey this might sounds stupid but why have the intercooler could u just suck cold air from ur snokel at the front of the car instead of the pod and connect it to the turbo with a pipe then having goin back into the engine sorry im just trying to see if that would make things simple :)

The turbo heats things up. The cooler is to bring the temp back down once it has gone through the turbo.

just a quick update.
had troubles installing the wolf.
now ive re-wired the engine bay and it runs for about ten seconds then dies again.
It seems to be running extremley rich.
I have re-wired the engine to run three banks of two injectors im wondering this coupled with the 610cc injectors is making it run pretty rich.
Also the hand controller on the wolf tells me the ignition sence pin is low. If anyone could help with other suggestions it would be great.
car has 320l/h fuel pump, 610cc injectors, wolf 3d v4. running el dizzy with xf plug as per the xe wiring diagram with resistor, mitsubishi j121 ignitor.

Also my map seems to have resistance values for the wrong water temp sensor as im using the stock engine temp sensor and the wolf then thinks the motor is at 80C when dead cold. (which could be attributing to the running rich.)

any help would be appreciated.

thanks
Adam

if its running rich then take out fuel from the fuel map(black smoke coming from exhaust)? also if its starts then stalls its could mean that its running Lean? wes u located in Vic?and make sure u check ur base timing....

Slowly getting somewhere with the computer and finally getting a trickle of help from wolf.
I would recomend unless you have mates which have installed an aftermarket computer and know what they are doing i would suggest to go to someone and pay them to install and tune it for you. (It will save alot of time and headaches)

works sometimes my car has been out of action for a month took 3 days for me and my local exhaust man to fit turbo, make 3" inch exhaust, fit cooler, custom cooler piping and tap hole in sump. Taken them nearly a month to install new haltech E6X, valve springs, 42lb injectors, fuel pump and it's still not tuned yet.
