XR6t is more like a GT35/40... same exhaust housing AR as Dan's GT40, though the comp housing is smaller than Dan's... dunno what wheels are in the XR6t's...

Nup, its got a ford turbo made by Garrett... very similar to a GT3540

chef is your exhaust manifold restrictive for the exhaust ?

its a good idea i am thinking of doin something similar.

wat size pipe did you have coming out underneith the turbo and like the over flow or not sure wat you call it or if you have a turbo with internal waste gate do you not need to.

also what is the manifold off ?

what size turbo you running and have you dropped the comp at all

1 1/4 primeries and run pipe to w/g whatever size it is or bigger.. 46mm wastegate I'd use 50mm pipe on 45* angle if you can for good flow...
Unless you are chasing realy hi end power 1 1/4 is way big enough, gives plenty of spool, velocity...It's not n/a motor ....

what do you mean plain

is the comp housing the alloy side if so its got GARRETT m12 a/r .50 on it and <WL>6-/ or something
