mate..
you need to look at what forum your posting in before you post!!
turbo intercooler thread does not belong in interior modifications..
it belongs in forced induction workshop..

this is the second thread of yours ive moved today..

"thread moved to forced induction workshop..."

Just wondering why you are changing your intercooler, it does not = extra power straight out, maybe a minimal notice at first?? since its a greater ammount of air that is displaced....

If i were you...

Exhaust, K&N Air Filter, Cold air intake, THEN id go, CAPA Flash / Dyno Tune etc... why bother?

Google process west. Then find a dealer near you for their intercooler kit.
Then look for a flash tuner.
Then look for better coil packs.
Then a boost controller.
Then maybe bigger injectors.
Then get it tuned by the best tuner you can find near you.

After that s**t you should have anywhere from 280rwkw upwards to 320rwkw+.

That will be plenty for a long time ;)

you do realise that you don't need a boost controller on B Series. And why Process West, if doesn't want to spend the GDP of a small African nation...

Thanks for the heads up on the boost controller. If you don't flash tune it you would need one yeah?

Process west is the best :P
You get good gains for the outlay, and do it right the 1st time I say.

no on boost controller. If you want to do intake/exhaust mods, you NEED a tune.

Process West are great, but definately not the best.
