Just wondering why you are changing your intercooler, it does not = extra power straight out, maybe a minimal notice at first?? since its a greater ammount of air that is displaced.... If i were you... Exhaust, K&N Air Filter, Cold air intake, THEN id go, CAPA Flash / Dyno Tune etc... why bother?

I dont really have a figure of what i want my ute to get too. But im over what the car puts out standard. dont really wanna spend thousands and thousands on it.

Had no issues with my Hybrid intercooler..

Google process west. Then find a dealer near you for their intercooler kit.
Then look for a flash tuner. Then look for better coil packs. Then a boost controller. Then maybe bigger injectors. Then get it tuned by the best tuner you can find near you. After that s**t you should have anywhere from 280rwkw upwards to 320rwkw+. That will be plenty for a long time |

Process West are great, but definately not the best.
