a properly done turbo setup doesn't come cheap if you're not doing it yourself.

I wasn't thinking $15k, moreso $10k fitted/dynod and tuned with results I want (250-260rwkw). Hope I don't seem as if I'm drugs

If you buy all the parts yourself then get a shop to fit, tune etc then your 10k will be more than enough for the sort of power your lookin for.
