external wastegate, my car is just overboosting with the 7psi wastegate spring, im not sure if i connected the vac lines properly...... can someone tell me where i connect, i have conected both vac lines to the manifold...

Undo the top hose on the wastegate. Let it hang or attach it in front of the turbo after the air filter.
ATM boost is pushing on both sides of the spring holding it closed. |

so i just connect the bottem one into the manifold? leave the topone hanging off nothing?

Yep, you can hook it up the before the turbo so it has vac if you like but I dont think it is necessary.
