Ive heard that by simply making a few brackets to hold a VN supercharger on a 250 Xflow in an XE they make the car haul a**...anyone know any more info whether a VN supercharger would be good with all stock internals?
cheers

for staart VNs never had a S/C option
second it's NEVER EVER a case of a few simple brakets to hold it on. and third if you have to ask if thats all it is you probably shouldn't try to do it |

I think the supercharged option started with the VS (maybe). Yes you will need to make up brackets and a pully system, but then you will probably need fuel and ignition mods as well.

I have a feeling that Castlemaine Rod Shop were or are doing kits for commodores for about $1500 - $2000 that were suited to VN-VR and getting some reasonable results as for the conversion I don't know. I don't think they had S/C option till VT.
